Croudace Homes – Broyle Gate Farm, Lewes
BNG Partnership recently supported Croudace Homes in delivering offsite biodiversity net gain (BNG) units for their Broyle Gate Farm development within the Lewes Local Planning Authority area.
This project involved a close, year-long collaboration where the BNG Partnership team worked alongside Croudace and the local planning authority to integrate our Ote Hall Habitat Bank directly into the development’s planning process.
Once the site was registered on the Natural England Habitat Bank Register, BNG Partnership was able to confirm and allocate 6.5 biodiversity units to the Broyle Gate Farm scheme. This allowed Croudace to discharge the BNG condition within their application.
The outcome was a win-win for both the developer and the local authority, providing a compliant, well-documented BNG solution that supported the project’s progression from planning to delivery.
"Working with BNG Partnership gave us the clarity and support we needed to move our project forward with confidence.” Croudace Homes.
